1. How do I place an Order?

We currently accept orders under our order inquiry form. To place an order, fill out the form indicating which plate you would like, date and time for delivery/pickup, choice of homemade dip and any modifications you may like to make to the order and we will confirm the inquiry within 24 hours. 

Please Note: we can not accept orders placed less than 48 hours in advance and would greatly appreciate at 5-day notice on all orders. If you would like to order a large order (more than 5 boards) we request you fill out a special request on our contact page.

2. Do You Deliver?

Yes, we offer free delivery for orders within 5 miles of 80204. We deliver up to a 15-mile radius of 80204. Orders within 5-10 miles will be charges $5, orders 10-15 miles will be charged $10. 

3. Do you cater to different dietary restrictions?

Yes! We have a variety of options to choose from ranging from gluten-free, vegan to nut-free. Should you not see your dietary request, let us know in the "order notes" and we will do our best to accommodate. 

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled 5 days in advance of delivery with a full refund. Orders cancelled 2-4 days in advance will be issued a 50% refund. Orders cancelled 1 day prior are not eligible for refund. 

5. Can I pick my own meat/cheese?

Our boards are created using seasonal and organic ingredients that are subject to change weekly. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests made under "order notes" on our form.

6. What kind of boards do you use?

We use palm leaf plates for all of our orders. They are 100% compostable and intended for single-use.

Note- If kept properly (stored upside down with a heavy object on them like a book to prevent warping), they can be used multiple times for dry goods.  

7. How much notice is needed?

We require at least 48 hour notice, though would greatly appreciate a 5 day notice.

8. What's included in the order?

We provide disposal knives, spoons and serving utensils with each plate.The board/box are yours to keep along with any serving dishes included. In an effort to eliminate waste, we do not provide plates/napkins at this time.

9. Tell me more about Grazing Tables

Grazing tables can be ordered via inquiry on our contact page. We currently offer grazing tables feeding up to 40 people. We kindly ask that grazing table requests are placed at least 5 days in advance of event and we will get back to you with details within 24 hours of your inquiry.

 10. Where are your ingredients from?

We source seasonal and organic ingredients from various local distributors.
